Labor mp condemns appeal against wa native title claim
In what some commentators have described as a desperate and possibly even illegal bid to reclaim ownership of a heritage site from a British company, a group of former British soldiers has asked to take its claim for sovereignty over the property to the High Court of Justice.

There have been persistent questions about the relationship between the former service personnel and the Department for Work and Pensions since its creation in 2011. The documents reveal that at least 18 former members of the Royal Marines are now in the US and about 30 others are British.
